It has been a great year. We are busy and we are very excited about those plans for you. There is quick recycling here and a little bit about the work we are doing in early 2020.

The fitness blender is ten years old.

We recently launched FB Plus and our first workout video for that new project.

A new workout program is coming in January; Stay Connected.

Gateways are still happening in community forums for FB workout programs, FB Plus membership, and Powerblock dumbbells. Free for all to enter.

We continue to offer free workout videos here, additional monthly workout videos on FB Plus. FB Plus will also continue the feature rollout until 2020. Over the last few months, we have added the ability to add custom workouts to your Workline Workout, the ability to see detailed statistics on your Workout, and more. This will be a fun year!
