Healthy weight and well-being are related. If you are really in a state of well-being, your weight will be healthy. However, you can be healthy and this is not right.



Well-being is the quality of health of your body, emotions, mind and soul. You can achieve and maintain well-being through proper diet, exercise and healthy habits. Healthy habits include exercise, sleep, minimal stress, healthy self-esteem and relationships and living a responsible adult life.



Each of these topics can be an article. Today we will look at how eating, exercise, and stress management habits affect our health and well-being.

A good physical examination by a qualified professional can give you a good snapshot of where your body is on a well-being basis. You need to check regularly as many health problems are insidious and the key is to return to health and wellness as soon as possible. Take note of your business trends that warn of inequalities in progress, and you can address them quickly.



What is your stress level? Stress is very high on middle-aged women. Most of us are working full time. A lot of women never left the house management full-time job when the bra burned. You can take care of parents with parents at home. You can break up the relationship. As a family, you or your spouse may lose your job. This can be a step up and a new job. All of these stressors can add to a serious health risk if this belief is not met and does not appear soon.



Stress promotes other bad behaviors such as smoking, drinking alcohol and coffee, eating too much sugar can lead to poor health, including weight loss. We use these habits to offset the effects of stress on our nervous system. Smoking causes cancer and respiratory diseases. Stress can interfere with sleep, so you drink alcohol to calm down and then drink coffee to wake up. This is a very healthy evil cycle. Stay away from alcohol, coffee and sugar and stop smoking. If you need the help of a counselor, get it. Learn stress management techniques. Put yourself on your daily list. And learn to say "no" and understand what it means.


How often do you exercise? Once a month? It doesn't count. Everyone, regardless of your age, benefits from exercise. Exercise conditions and tone the body, helps in mental clarity, prevents or controls diseases like high blood pressure and diabetes, increases oxygen in the cells, burns extra calories and contributes to good feeling. Gives. At least 20 minutes of exercise is required for 3-4 days a week.

Nutrition! Do you have a planned nutritious diet? Or you’re on a “watch diet” diet. You will see “food” and you will eat it. Those items are probably an ethnic trio of white flour, pure salt and sugar (or worse, artificial sweeteners). It’s a recipe for disaster and insecurity.


A good place to start is by checking your eating habits. You are what you eat. If you don't eat well, you won't be OK. Are you eating a healthy diet? Are you eating in moderation and choosing a variety of foods. Are you supplementing your diet with vitamins (such as vitamin D and calcium) and minerals?
